Between them, our team and associates have spent their careers inside Australia's water utilities, alliances and tier-one contractors.
Muhanad founded RMCE in 2020 after 22 years across program and project management, alliance and bid management, risk, consulting and construction — with a record of delivering complex multi-million-dollar programs to time and budget.
He leads RMCE's engagements personally and stays on them through delivery.
Joey is a Chartered Professional Engineer with over 21 years in the planning, design and delivery of water infrastructure across Australia and internationally.
His expertise spans project and design management for seawater desalination, water and wastewater treatment, pipelines and pumping systems, with a technical background in process, mechanical and hydraulic engineering. He has led multidisciplinary projects from options assessment and concept development through detailed design and construction, alongside asset management, reliability engineering and technical risk assessment.
Zoë brings 25 years in water process engineering, delivering process design for treatment plants, pipelines and pump stations across alliance and capital works environments.
Her expertise runs from coagulation, filtration and DAF through to membranes, UV, desalination, MBR and biogas treatment.
Jim has 25 years in energy, utilities and infrastructure across Australia, the Middle East, India and Malaysia, specialising in portfolio and program management.
He builds the budgets, risk strategies and delivery plans that hold multi-region programs together.
